The trimming machine is designed to remove burrs, flash, and gate residue from injection, blow, or compression molded plastic parts, such as cups, bowls, preforms, and housings. Using rotary dies or cold-cutting blades, it performs fast and smooth trimming through punching or rolling. The cut edge is clean without white marks, and the process generates no dust or odor, avoiding material discoloration or warping caused by hot cutting. The machine supports automatic inline operation with robots or conveyors, significantly improving the appearance and dimensional consistency of plastic products.
