 High-frequency machines and high-frequency heat bonding machines emit electromagnetic waves greater than 100KHZ when in use. Under certain temperature and pressure conditions, they bond plastics through high-frequency oscillation generated by high-frequency electron tubes and high-frequency molds, thus achieving the purpose of packaging products. However, it is easy to strike a fire when using high-frequency machines to bond plastics. The plastic box burns, and the surrounding knife of the upper mold and the insulating plate of the lower mold are damaged. The ignition of the high-frequency machine is a discharge phenomenon caused by the friction between the mold and other substances (including dust and impurities in PVC plastics) when the mold oscillates at high frequency, and its harmfulness is a problem that equipment manufacturers and users have been improving and overcoming. At present, there is no effective solution in the packaging industry.


1. The mold level adjustment is not enough. It is easy to cause ignition and damage to the mold.

2. In the process of heat sealing, the high-frequency current is adjusted to be too large, which is easy to make the mold catch fire.

3. The dust and black spots left by high-frequency mold flashover were not treated properly after the mold was ignited.

4. The high-frequency upper die has not completely contacted with the lower die, and it starts to emit high-frequency machine current. 5. The bonding material on the surface of high-frequency die has not been properly treated.

How to deal with all kinds of sparking phenomena in production.


1.The horizontal adjustment of high-frequency mold must be adjusted.

2. When the high-frequency mold is struck by fire, it is necessary to use a clean rag and add alcohol, gasoline and toluene to deal with the corresponding dust.

3. Every time a new mold is debugged, the current should be adjusted back to 0.2A. Then, the current is slowly adjusted to the appropriate current heat-sealing by using the same tuner.

4. Certain insulating materials must be used under the high-frequency mold. Effectively prevent high frequency from breaking through the required welding products again.

5. The capacitor plate should not be adjusted too violently during the adjustment process, and the corresponding range should be adjusted slowly. The edge of the capacitor plate is lighted in the production process, which may be that the edge of the capacitor plate is not cleaned and the aluminum plate is burr. It needs sandpaper to smooth it.

6. The striking phenomenon of the oscillating barrel in the production process mainly includes capacitor chip, high-voltage pipe socket and so on. The processing method is the same as that of the capacitor adjusting piece.


How can we prevent sparking in production?


1. The phenomenon of high-frequency machine sparking cannot be avoided, because it is based on the principle of electromagnetic waves. It can only be said that the frequency of sparking has dropped to the lowest point, which is mainly related to the material. The material of the material is very difficult to cause the phenomenon of sparking.

2. In the production process, the high-frequency machine needs to clean the oscillating barrel frequently, and it only needs to be blown by air compressor.

3. The reason why the high frequency machine is aiming at the mold is to select the corresponding insulating material according to the characteristics of the material. Common insulating materials in the market are: insulating paper, tetrafluoroethylene, epoxy board, high-temperature cloth, high-temperature adhesive tape, silica gel, kraft paper, yellow wax paper and other bonding materials.

4. The stability of high-frequency current is very important in the application process of high-frequency machine, and the high-frequency machine with unstable current will often strike fire in the production process.

5. It is best to install and use 5557 spark tube protection for high-frequency equipment. Its sensitivity is extremely high, and it can instantly cut off the ignition phenomenon caused by excessive current of high-frequency equipment.
